This jeweled fall crown is easy to make, and cost less than 10 dollars, too. I bought all the materials at my local Michaels, and it only took maybe 30 minutes to make. If you have a kid asking to be a fairy this Halloween, this would be the perfect crowning touch to the costume. You don't need to make it in fall colors, either. Imagine it with pearls and seashells for a mermaid costume! The rhinestones are available in a rainbow of colors.
