Product Description:

To fit the theme of the Etsy Fiber Artist Street Team October Challenge, this neckwarmer was knit with organically grown, undyed cotton yarn. The hue is a subtle greenish oatmeal. The yarn is so soft is nearly dripped off the needle into this creation. As the item is worn, the cotton yarn yields itself to the wearer and gets softer still. The style is austerly simple: classic stockinette with a purl detail, no fancy stitches, no fancy cast offs or button holes. Simple, soft, utilitarian. The brass buttons are its only sparkle and they are reclaimed from various coats and were found grandma's stash. Organic, recycled, handmade-Earth.

NB: The figure head is the work of Cleveland area artist Denise Bucley who has work in Spider Man 1-3 and Bringing Down the House.
