Product Description:

The vintage image that I have used for the cover of this notebook is one of my favourite images of a beautiful woman. I selected and cut out a range of fabrics that included vintage lace, various scraps of silk, tussah, brocade, printed organza, cotton and more linen. All the fabric pieces were arranged onto a natural linen base and stitched using zig zag stitch. I then hand stitched seven vintage buttons, two guipure lace flowers, and numerous cream pearl beads, plus embroidering some lazy daisies and added some cream crochet lace trim.
