Product Description:

Perfect for keeping you plastic bags in one place, this dotty shopping bag holder has been sewn with an enclosed french seam and 1" elastic at top and bottom. The 1" ribbon holder has a 4" drop and the total height measures 20.5". The bag tidy is 17" around.
