Knit from a gorgeous, discontinued antique rose pink lambs wool blend yarn, this button-closure cowl is sure to become a well-loved and versatile addition to your wardrobe.

Wear this beautiful cowl stacked up tall around your neck, or play with different button combinations for a new look every time you wear it. The removable, pin-back brooch adds a lovely feminine touch and can be used to spruce up the cowl, your sweater, scarves, bags, jackets, or whatever.

The brooch is crocheted from a chunky, lambs wool blend yarn and then embellished with vintage gold-tone chains and tiny faux pearls, each carefully hand-sewn to the rose. A sweet little pink and ivory cameo button adorns the center for that extra classy touch. Mounted on hand-stitched stiffened felt with a convenient hinged pin-back.

The three over-sized wooden buttons were found in a local vintage shop and were given new life with a thorough cleaning and an application of Old English to bring out the gorgeous wood-grain.
