This childhood scene from the robotic countryside is a familiar one ... a luscious summer's day in June, green fields under blue skies and a little boy robot, in this case young Bobby Bot has found himself a golden winged dragonfly and is doing his best to catch it as it flys away. One of my all wood (almost 100%) table top mini diorama scene creations! I keep lots of the wood details, maintain a retro, sometimes rustic look and feel to them. The insect dangles freely on a bouncy wire.
