Dear Mom,
As your daughter I have to say
that things just never appeared this way.
With that I mean I never knew,
just how hard this was to do.
All the patience in the world,
my days were bright,
my hair had curls.
Now that I'm a Mother too,
I know how hard this was for you.
So I thank you Mom cause I didn't know
what you sacrificed for me to grow.
