I've always liked messenger bags, but never liked that some of them are so huge with an even huger flap. So, I made my own version from a thrifted women's skirt! The main pattern is paired with cotton canvas and features a pearl snap closure that is easy to open and close. The underside of the flap features the retro fabric again, while the strap is constructed with cotton bias and the retro fabric. The back is also made from cotton canvas.
This particular bag is a prototype. As a prototype, it may have a few aesthetic faults, but is otherwise functional and priced significantly lower than subsequent bags. It's an inki original, one of a kind item for less!
