Product Description:
Hand knit shawl/wrap/stole/scarf or whatever you need it to be. The piece is knit in a simple stitch on a large needle to give it an open weave, perfect for seasons when you want some fiber and color but not a lot of warmth. The yarns are a mariage of texture and color: a celadon green that is lighter than air, a soft pink with a metallic sheen from the its nylon fibers, a mélange of greens, pinks ans soft yellow with tendrils and fluffs of colors. The uniform stripes and crocheted pink edge give the piece some structure and keep it from floating away. Too long straps, which serve as ties, are crocheted to the peice and topped off with pink and white glass beads. She is reminiscent of the planned disorganization of English gardens: jardin à l'anglaise.Extra bonus-no wool in this piece
