Description
6 coasters, each featuring a section of map from my AA Road Atlas of South East England. Each coaster features a town whose name is also the word for an object, or foodstuff.

Most are in Kent, but I'm certainly not saying Kent has a monopoly on monosyllabic odd-sounding place names!

Towns featured are Chalk, Bean, Thong, Grain, Stone and Ham. In driving around the Kentish countryside my family and I have wondered at the etymology of such town names...we're still none the wiser...).

The proceeds of the sale of this item go towards sending my daughter to the 22nd World Scouting Jamboree, to be held next year in Sweden.
