An empty birdcage, complete with swinging trapeze and a door that opens and closes, hangs from a handwoven silver and gold rattail necklace cord with lobster claw closure. A vintage 1950s celluloid yellow bird rests on a chromed hairpin. Worn together, it appears that your pet bird has escaped your necklace and nested comfortably in your hair.
