Description
I made this flower brooch after visiting a botanic garden with huge amounts of orchids. I was amazed and in love with this peculiar and delicate flower.
<br />This is my take on them, how I try to reproduce them. I know, not the same, by far... emphasis on "MY reproduction"!

<br />It was handfelted with orange merino wool, and luscious orange silk with some strands of light brown and yellow. Later I hand sew some black beads, in different sizes. It has a pin on the back to attach to your clothes, bag, curtains, pillows... whatever you want!

<br />At it's widest point, it measures 15cm x 13cm.
