I know I’ve been making mainly blue things lately, don’t worry, there are plenty other colours to come! I just couldn’t wait to show these lovely earrings. I found these beautiful crackled glass beads and decided to use them for my own little creations! Half the bead is a dark blue, the other half is brilliant crystal. Beads and tibetan silver findings are suspended from silver plated pins to give a hanging urn look that really sparkles! Tibetan silver is an iron or copper based alloy with some silver in it. Hooks are surgical steel, so you’ll have no problem if you’re allergic to any type of metal (surgical steel is used for piercings and medical use).These earrings are long (4.5 cms without hook, 6 cms from top of hook to bottom of pin) but surprisingly lightweight.
All my jewellery comes gift-wrapped, so it makes a great present for anyone, specially yourself!
