The yarn is mixed fibres, including soft cotton. The hat measures 15 inches circumference at the brim and is very soft and stretchy. It is a beret (tam) style, knitted in stocking stitch to show off the yarn. (I have to say it would look much cuter on a baby than on my brandy glass - I don't have a child head form so it is not easy to model it) The little shoes measure 4.25 inches on the sole - warm, soft and stretchy, and the ribbing helps keep them on the feet!
