Baby hat and shoes set unique hand dyed alpaca wool woodland colours unisex by SpinningStreak I hand knitted this set from two of my own hand dyed yarns - so it is definitely unique. The main yarn is a stunning soft alpaca which I dyed in greens and yellow. I plied this with a fine kid mohair and wool mix yarn, dyed in shades of raspberry and plum. The overall effect is of soft woodland colours, suitable for baby boys or girls. The hat measures 12.5 inches circumference at the brim and stretches for a snug fit. It is knitted in stocking stitch with a narrow garter stitch band. (I have to say it would look much cuter on a baby than on my brandy glass) The little shoes measure approx. 4 inches on the sole - warm, soft and stretchy, and the ribbing helps keep them on the feet.
