Baby hat booties rainbow wool bright fun set by SpinningStreak
<br />I hand knitted this set in a classic pure wool - but the colours are not traditional! I chose a rainbow dyed yarn which shades gradually through the spectrum - so the bootees are not identical, though they clearly work together. This set is mostly worked in reds, greens and orange girl/boy colours.
<br />The hat measures 12 inches circumference at the brim and stretches for a snug fit. It is knitted in stocking stitch with a narrow rib and is finished with a bright pompom, just for fun. (I have to say it would look much cuter on a baby than on my brandy glass!) The little shoes measure approx. 4 inches on the sole - warm and stretchy, and the ribbing helps keep them on the feet!
