Balloons and Polka Dots Skirt and Top by Lilblessings8 on Etsy

This is such a colorful and fun outfit. The top has colorful hot air balloons with polka dot sleeves. Mini pom poms have been sewn around the sleeves and larger orange pom poms are on the bottom of the hem. The front of the skirt has green mini pom poms and the orange pom poms go around the hem of the skirt. This would be a fun outfit for a party, outing or just for summer play.
