Beanie roll up hat knit soft turquoise teal brown silk
I knitted this one from a beautiful (and expensive!) Japanese yarn - Noro Silk Garden. This yarn is a warm Aran weight, 45% silk. 45% mohair and 10% lambswool.
I chose the yarn in various shades of teal, turquoise, purple and brown - elegant but definitely not boring! I knitted it in the round, so no back seam. It is light, soft, warm and currently one of my favourites. It is finished with a little pixie knot.
It is designed to be a snug fit but has a looser brim - the beanie measures 7 inches crown to brim, not counting the little roll-up edge, and approx. 23 inches around the brim.
