Beginner knitter KIT hand warmers fingerless gloves turquoise brown blue
<br />I have used these kits successfully with new teenage knitters and have now decided to list some in the shop.
<br />I think beginners need something easy - but also fun and quick (NOT a scarf!)
<br />The skills you need to complete these are knit stitch, purl stitch, casting on and casting off. Clear videos are available for all of these on the internet.
<br />I have chosen a beautifully soft 60% premium acrylic, 20% wool and 20% mohair yarn. The random colour patches also mean that the pattern is very forgiving - the odd mistake will not matter.
<br />I decided to keep the kits really simple, so I have knitted and included a couple of beaded flowers you can sew on as embellishments when you have finished the basic hand warmers - but I will include the pattern for these in the kit so you can make your own next time.
