Beret, wool, black, embellished with a flower pin, sparkly corsage, hand knit copper colours with bead A hand knitted decorative flower corsage, attached to a commercially manufactured 100% wool beret in black. The tam is a standard adult size: 22 inches at the brim, 11 inches across the top. The hand knitted decorative flower corsage has three layers with a dark glass bead in the centre. All three layers include the same rich copper coloured yarn. The outer layer also has a touch of slate grey, the inner one a sparkly toning metallic thread. The colours are unusual - wet sand, according to my husband, but I see it as somewhere between brass and copper!
