Description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made entirely by hand using the Tiffany copper foil technique and designed by me, Joy of Joysofglass.
<br />It is a bicycle, a pedal bike, all shiny and lovely blue. This is only the 4th I have made of this design - the first was a Christmas present for a friend who is a very keen cyclist.
<br />I have used lots of twisted wire for the bike frame and handle bars, beads for pedals and wheel hubs and a bright blue shiny glass pebble to join the wheels together. Each wheel has 8 triangles in different types and textures of clear glass to give them movement and the wheel tread is made of twisted wire..
<br />Perfect present for a cyclist. They won't have one of these.
