Description
Hand- & machine-stitched in a pet- & smoke-free studio. The ground of this picture is flannel & a cotton print; the tree branch is a textured upholstery fabric edged with yarn. The nest is a nubbly fabric with tulle covering it; the eggs are cut out of paper & trapped between the tulle and the nubbly stuff. The edge of the nest is assorted yarns, fibers from a batt, & raffia. Edged with bias tape.
