Black lace bustle skirt, with a gypsy layered steampunk vibe. I have used all black fabrics, including many layers and ruffles of satin, lace and mesh, with plenty of decorative stitching on the waistband.
Great for steampunk, burlesque, circus or gothic vibe.

Waistband measures 28" and has long satin ties.
Length at centre back is 25".
