This is a very ruffled burgundy organza shrug. I have gathered the shrug onto a slightly brighter velvet ribbon which ties at the back.

<br />Shrug measures 32" excluding ties, which is longer than most listings I've seen in Etsy. Please check whether this is a good measurement for you before you buy. Ties are 36" each.
