Description
This Original painting of a Monarch Butterfly perched on a delicate flower and both a delicate and vibrant colour palette.

<br />The flowers are painted loosely to create movement whilst the butterfly is painted in a more controlled method giving it more weight and importance within the composition.
<br />
<br />Painted on 300gsm watercolour paper it measures 15 by 16cm / 5.9 by 6.3 inches.

<br />I find that people prefer to buy a mount and frame that will complement both their home decor as well as the painting.
