Product Description:

This chicken egg's shell was treated with vineger then hand-written with melted beeswax and dyed blue to create this "starry night" background. I coated the entire thing in wax to protect it while emptying the contents and rinsing the inside with water twice. Then, the wax was melted off, revealing the snowflake you see here. Finally, the egg has two coats of varnish to protect it from water damage and a gold-colored fixture with a loop of invisible monofilament to hang it from your tree.
