Product Description:

This is a handsewn applique picture featuring a Christmas tree laden with brightly coloured decorations and topped with a sparkling star. The snow falls all around against a dark blue sky.

The fabrics used include recycled/reused pieces, one of which has been over-dyed.

The picture is built up with layers of needle-turned fabric, embellished with yarn, embroidery threads, beads and decorative stitches. The picture has wadding under the 'snow' on the ground, and backed with a layer of fabric.
