Chunky warm leg warmers wool mix light blue
A pair of warm wool legwarmers in an interesting beautiful pale blue ( rather lighter than I have managed to capture) with a touch of lilac. It has a very discreet iridescent gleam. This chunky yarn is a mix of 51% wool and 49% acrylic. The leg warmers are perfect for those of you battling with snowy conditions - but they are also quite a trendy fashion statement.
I have designed them slightly more stretchy at one end so that they can be pulled over boot tops to eliminate that cold bit. The legwarmers were knitted in the round, so no annoying seams. They measure 19 inches long and approx. 9.5 inches circumference just below the main ribbed section - but they can be stretchy or worn slouchy as you prefer. The main part is in stocking stitch (stockinette) to show off the rather special colours and the ends are ribbed.
