I have covered a 4" fascinator base with a green Harris Tweed tartan wool fabric. There are hand stitched velvet leaves, vintage fruits and millinery blossoms with glass pearls. I only have one of this item, so you will have a unique piece!Hat fastens with a thin hat elastic. You can request a different fastening, as it will be finished upon purchase.
