Product Description:

I've used beautiful Japanese kimono fabric with a turquoise blue background, accented with a floral pattern to make this 4", or 10cm cocktail hat, then decorated with millinery flowers, glass pearls and a powder blue veil.
This item is made to order, taking a few days before shipping.

This is fully lined and fastens with a clear comb and thin hat elastic.
