Copper Green Artisan Lampwork Button Bracelet with by lunedesigns

Product Description:

When I started doing these "button" pieces (with mostly single-drilled disc beads), I started furiously collecting disc beads and buttons so I could indulge my new design fetish. Really good ones are scarce I found, compared to other bead shapes--I nearly hyperventilated when I saw these wonderful discs in Alisha White's shop! I love the combination of verdigris-turquoise and copper--how much more of a natural combination can you get? I snapped them up.

Here I've combined them with amazonite in iceberg blue-green, moukaite in berry tones, some nearly-mauve fancy jasper, and little roundels of translucent opalite (also known as "sea opal glass"), also in pale iceberg blue. And of course the rest had to be copper! I cut out some discs and domed, stamped and antiqued them, did up some headpins with my torch, and fashioned the rest with heavy gauge copper wire. And oh yes--I can't fail to mention the perfectly matching leather cord! It was fate I tell you.
