Product Description:

I experimented with copper sheet, copper wire and coin textures in these metalwork earrings. I wanted to create a sort of "door knocker" effect, attaching rings via a curled section at the bottom. The holes at the top are dressed with tube rivets, and hang from my handmade earwires embellished with Czech glass in pale aqua blue. I chose chubby roundels of iceberg blue Czech glass with a bit of "lumi" finish for the bottom, hanging them from my hand-forged headpins, and topping them with my hand-formed beadcaps. All of the metal elements in these earrings were made by me!
