This is one of those lampworked glass charm beads. The jewel windows have a hand-made mix of glass I pulled myself in the flame of my torch. The hole is about 5mm and is meant for use as a slide pendant on a necklace, on a Pandora®-style charm bracelet, or even as a dredlock bead.
