Description
A wooden decorative plate, painted black, with vintage and costume jewellery and gems. The golden flowers are growing out of gold colour glass nuggets. Measures 25 cm diameter.

<br />The inspiration behind this was Mothers Day. I tried to think what my own mother would like and this is what I came up with. I am really happy with the way it turned out - the jewellery was just right for making this flower picture and the colourful gems add some variety to the gold colour.

<br />The artwork took a few days to make and has had several finishing coats to ensure the jewellery stays securely stuck to the plate.
