I've taken a pair of my favorite pewter heart charms, and combined them with a southwest color palette. Each heart peeks out from beneath a ruffly sterling silver cap, with stacked stone and glass above in shades of turquoise, green and crimson. Hand-forged sterling silver 20 gauge earwires.
