Product Description:
This textile brooch features a sunny, coastal scene, of a lighthouse at sea, embroidered onto a felted background.A wide variety of fancy yarns have been 'felted' to a commercial felt background by the use of an embellisher machine. The lighthouse, sea pinks, yellow poppies and grasses have been added by embroidery. Machine stitching in a 'shallow zig zag' criss-crosses the background to stabilise the felting.
