Description
Inspired by a William Morris design, and stitched in bright colours, using simple stitches, a striking brooch.

<br />This brooch has been hand-embroidered in embroidery threads onto a background of fuscia pink felt. The design is framed by a border of a space dyed chunky pure wool in the same shades as the embroidery.

<br />The brooch is stiffened by a layer of heavy interfacing and the back is neatened with felt. A brooch pin is securely stitched in place.
