Sampler: Mirror Work - Shisha

<br />Shisha (the Hindi word for “little glassâ€) embroidery is also known as mirror-work. There are no holes in the shisha, it has to be held in place with a network of stitches which forms the base for the decorative stitches.
<br />I am trying for some time to learn more about the technique of mirror work. I started a sampler where I explore what I learn. It is a work in progress and I will not finish so quickly because I still have much to discover. The various phases of this work may be viewed at my Flickr.
