Product Description:
Love is in the air....This sweet heart measures approx 82mm in height, and 58mm across its widest point. Threaded through with a lovely red organza ribbon, and a cute wooden bead, its all ready for hanging.
Each of my wooden hearts are carefully drawn onto birch faced plywood, wood burnt (using my special pyrography tool, which as you can imagine gets incredibly hot!) painstakingly fretsawed, sanded, then treated with two coats of premium grade tung oil. Pyrography, or fire writing, (and sometimes called 'pokerwork') is a process which has been practiced by many cultural traditions since ancient times... All of my work features my signature 'Elf' wood burnt onto the back.
