This felt animal holiday ornament is Penelope the Manatee. A white ribbon stitched securely inside allows her to be easily hung as an ornament or used as a gift topper. Penelope makes for a great decoration or even a party favor.

Penelope is hand-cut and hand stitched from eco-fi polyester felt (made from recycled bottles) and stuffed with polyester fiberfill. Penelope also has whiskers made of illusion cord. She is approximately 5 and a quarter inches tall and 2 and a half inches wide.
