Folksy :: Large Felt Ruffle Christmas Decoration

This large ruffle decoration has been made using ice blue and turquoise felt, hand stitched with pale blue cotton. It is threaded with a beautiful selection of glass and metal beads. This would make a fantastic bauble for large christmas trees or hang in a window and let the light catch the beads.
