Friends Gift Salt Dough Ornament by cookiedoughcreations on Etsy

Show your friend how much you appreciate her! This charming salt dough ornament heart is a unique gift for a favorite friend and says, "Friends are flowers in the garden of life". It's hand painted with a bouquet of country blue, red and soft yellow flowers. It's also available with, "Forever Friends". It's hand-brushed with a coat of polyurethane and finished with a black wire hanger. Like all the ornaments I make, this one was hand cut by me, laid out on boards to air dry which creates the strongest finished product. Slowly air drying as opposed to baking takes about two weeks but the finished product is much stronger. It looks exactly as it did when cut, completely solid and no air pockets.
