Fuchsia Rose Pink Cocktail Hat by talulahblue on Etsy

I made this oh so sweet rose cocktail hat using a piece of vintage fuchsia velvet, I knew it would come in handy one day! I have covered the 4" base with the velvet and edged it with silky pink trim and a tiny bow at the back. The hat is decorated with velvet leaves, pansies and a single rose. The dotty pink veiling completes the mood.
