Description
On SALE due to minimal dents in the hat. Originally would go for $15.

<br />The mini top hats are solid black and made of rigid felt. They are just over 2" tall, 5" long, and 4.5" wide. Length and width measurements include the 1/2" wide brim.

<br />Bow is 4 inches wide and the ribbon is about 13 inches long. On the bottom are 2 1 inch stainless steel alligator clips lined with no slip grips for easy positioning!
