Green Jade Asian Cylinder Pendant with Antiqued by lunedesigns

I love the historical feel this pendant took on as I worked on it. It feels like a relic from an ancient Asian kingdom to me!

<br />This bail is textured with both brass texture sheets and a large British coin. I eventually settled on an olive green jade cylinder to go with it, combining it with recycled sari silk ribbon in curry. There is just a filament of red thread running through part of the ribbon--I loved the color combination so much I added red agate stones to the necklace portion, along with faceted glass in deep olive. A pair of my textured cones curls around the ribbon.
