Product Description:
A classic design with a twist! Two lengths of soft grey velvet ribbon are linked by a silver chain, bearing a collection of various sized glass pearls in shades of pale gold, grey and white. I have added silver bead caps to some of the pearls to accentuate the glamour!This choker measures approximately 16 inches from end to end, and fastens with a silver ring bolt fastener.
I love clusters of pearls, and having seen plenty of bracelets with pearl clusters, I wanted to try making a pearly choker. Velvet ribbon is so tactile and rich, so that had to go in to the mix, together with silver fittings - and here's the result. The gentle shades of the pearls went so well with the soft grey of the velvet ribbon; I think the whole thing is so pretty without being too flash - well, maybe just a bit flash!
