Make an easy Halloween Basket to hold candy for trick-or-treaters. Decoupage a whimsy pumpkin from torn pieces of orange print paper napkins onto the bottom of a flat basket. With green arcylic paint, paint the stem, vines and edge of the basket. Add orange and black buttons for a pumpkin face and its ready for you to add the treats!Site:
