Hand painted Alpaca yarn flame red yellow by SpinningStreak

Hand painted Alpaca yarn - flame. The base yarn for this is the highest quality commercially spun Alpaca I have found - a really soft, luxury laceweight yarn (see photo against 1 inch measure for accurate gauge). I hand painted it in crimson, scarlet red and peach, with just a touch of apricot and golden yellow. This is the same base yarn as other skeins I have listed and would work very well with the daffodil yellow or the chestnut brown. Perfect for a delicate edging - or the yarn can be used double for quicker results!
