Hand painted yarn 50g green pink by SpinningStreak
The base yarn for this is a skein of 40% wool, 15% alpaca and 45% acrylic. The yarn is soft and squishy. It is a chunky Aran weight (see photo against 1 inch measure for accurate gauge).
I hand painted it in shades of emerald and lime green, with pink highlights on a creamy vanilla base. It was inspired by the Spring blossom - but could just as easily have been the roses!
The last picture shows the same hank before it was reskeined, to give a better idea of the colour blocks.
Recommended needle size 6 to 6.5mm
This is 1 skein, 108 yards and 50grams.
