Hand painted yarn 50g lime green lemon yellow violet crocus
<br />The base yarn for this is a skein of 40% wool, 15% alpaca and 45% acrylic. The yarn is beautifully soft and has the handle of a soft cotton. It is Aran weight (see photo against 1 inch measure for accurate gauge). I hand painted it in bright Spring shades - lime green, lemon yellow and violet purple - crocus colours.
<br />The last picture shows the same hank before it was reskeined.
